On 7/29/15 at 1:25 p.m., Elizabeth A. Dinnocenzo, 77, of 64 Edwards Circle, Oswego, NY was operating a 2000 Volkswagen east on SR 104 in the Town of Scriba, ¼ mile west of Simpson Dr., reportedly stopped to make a left hand turn into a driveway when a 2010 Chevrolet being operated by Thomas T. Taplin, 19, of 45 Peck Rd., Pulaski, NY attempted to go around the Volkswagen and instead collided with it causing the Chevrolet to travel into the west bound lane and collide with a 2009 Chevrolet pickup being operated by Dominick A. Yacco, 54, of 3065 SR 48, Oswego, NY. Mr. Yacco and Mr. Taplin were both transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. Mr. Taplin was issued UTT's for Failure to Keep Right, Moving From Lane Unsafely and Following too Closely.
On 8/3/15 at 2:39 p.m., Tonya R. Pierce, 26, of 4804 McAlpine Lane, Charlotte, NC was arrested at the Onondaga County Justice Center based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Granby Court. Ms. Pierce was arraigned by Hon. Judge Wells in Granby Town Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to court date of 8/17/15.

On 7/28/15 at 9:53 p.m., Donald A. Champagne Jr., 24, of 23 Pollard Rd., Lot 3, Hannibal, NY was charged with AUO, 3rd degree following a disabled vehicle complaint on SR 3 in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Champagne is scheduled to answer the charge on 8/11/15 in the Town of Hannibal Court.
On 7/29/15 at 9:24 a.m., Richard A. Weir, 33, of 6983 SR 31, Cicero, NY was arrested based on a Felony Bench Warrant issued out of Oswego County Court. Mr. Weir was arraigned by Hon. Judge Ludington and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $250/$500 bail with a return to County Court on 8/3/15.
On 8/1/15 at 2:55 p.m., Tristan A. Whitten, 18, of 421 Oneida St., Fulton, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby Court. Mr. Whitten was arraigned by Hon. Judge Wells and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $750/$1,400 bail with a return to court on 8/5/15.
On 8/1/15 at 3:20 p.m., Karina M. Kuznicki, 24, of 322 Thompson Rd., Bldg. J4, Oswego, NY was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 4th degree, a class E felony, Forgery, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor and Possessing a Forged Instrument, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor stemming from an incident that occurred on 7/27/15 in the Town of Oswego where she allegedly stole the victim's credit cards along with bank checks. Ms. Kuznicki is scheduled to appear in the Town of Oswego Court on 8/3/15.

On 8/1/15 at 4:10 p.m., Ronald W. Dupont, 49, of 118 Wheeler Dr., Altmar, NY was operating a 2004 Ford east on SR 104 in the Town of Albion, 3/10 mile west of South Albion Rd., when the brakes reportedly malfunctioned causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and drive onto a tree on the ground. Mr. Dupont was issued UTT's for Driving Across Hazard Markings and Uninspected Motor Vehicle.
On 8/1/15 at 10:45 p.m., Cecil R. Weller, 22, of 72 South Granby Rd., Fulton, NY was arrested for 2 counts of Harassment, 2nd degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Granby in which he allegedly punched the victims in the facial area along with choking them to the point they could not breathe. Mr. Weller is scheduled to answer the charges on 8/31/15 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 8/2/15 at 6:17 a.m. during the investigation into a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle found lying in the grass on the south side of SR 104B at the intersection with CR 1 in the Town of New Haven it was found that the operator and only occupant, Jeffrey M. Eckert, 44, of the Town of Mexico was deceased. Unsafe speed seems to have been a contributing factor.
On 8/2/15 at 2:15 p.m., Luke D. Loomis, 30, of 1546 CR 45, Fulton, NY was charged with AUO, 2nd degree following a traffic stop on Muck Rd. in the Town of Granby initiated by the LPR unit alerting. Mr. Loomis was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court by Hon. Judge Beckwith and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $250/$500 bail with a return to Town of Granby Court on 8/10/15.
On 8/3/15 at 12:14 a.m., Brandon S. Roat, 23, of 209 Chapel St., Canandaigua, NY was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 5th degree, a class D felony and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into a complaint in the Town of Hannibal. Mr. Roat was arraigned by Hon. Judge Beckwith in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond with a return to court on 8/11/15.
